Guidelines & Donation Details
We cannot WAIT to see what you all
make for our THIRD craft fundraiser!
No more than 12 listings per crafter, but you can have as many identical items within those listings as you’d like!
Specifically Our Flag themed items are welcome, but we want to have plenty of stuff that appeals to a wider audience!
Minimum price for physical items is $12, to account for the cost of shipping (the exception is stickers, bookmarks, and other flat paper goods that can be shipped untracked with a stamp)
We’ll be limiting what can be shipped via Lis this year to folks making 10 or more identical items! Otherwise, all crafters are responsible for shipping their own items.
Items must be handmade (physical or digital)
Physical items should have a minimum price of $12 to account for the cost of shipping, unless they are stickers/bookmarks/other flat paper goods (minimum $5) and can be shipped in an envelope with a stamp.
Please ensure your donated item can fit in a box no larger than 12 x 12 x 12 inches to avoid unnecessary shipping challenges.
If you are in the USA and offering 10 or more IDENTICAL items, you can ship them to Lis’s shipping hub - info to come! Crafters in other countries, please keep in mind that your items will be shipped all over the world and keep their weights under 500g/1lb. Your regional hub will reach out to you once the auction is underway with logistical info.
Due to the limit on our platform, we are enforcing a limit of 12 listings per crafter—you may offer as many identical items within that limit as you would like!
Commissions/custom items: Please specify in the listing description how long your item is estimated to take, if it will be longer than a month after the auction ends.
Digital and physical art commissions are welcome, as are ficbinding commissions, but we do not allow fanfiction or podfic commissions.
No items made with AI in any stage of the process are permitted.
3D printed items are welcome, but must be printed from either patterns/models you created yourself or be modified in some significant way beyond their original patterns, either pre-printing or after (such as hand-painting, using as a component in a larger craft, etc.).
If you are donating a fandom-related item, we request it not be related to any specific piece of fanfiction.
Profanity and suggestiveness in crafts is okay, but please aim to keep it rated Mature instead of Explicit. If you have any questions, reach out!
Artists donating prints of their work are responsible for finding and working with their own printers.
Completed items must be shipped to their winner within a month of the auction closing. If you are donating a custom item or a commission, you will be expected to work directly with the winner and deliver it to them within a reasonable timeframe.
These guidelines may change as we prepare to accept donations!
